Shipping info

JOTAG® ships to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii usually via UPS (in some cases, we may use USPS depending on the destination or shipping requirements.)

For all OVERSIZED ITEMS (such as PRACTICE FULL RIG LOWER MAST, PRACTICE ALUMINIUM UPPER MAST, PRACTICE CARBON FIBER UPPER MAST, OPTIMIST CLUB SPAR SET, and LASER PRACTICE BOOM — any item longer than 96 inches), a freight carrier must be used.

These shipments must be delivered to a commercial address, such as a marina, yacht club, or where your sailboat is located. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Alternatively, you may arrange to pick up your order directly from the carrier's warehouse.

👉 If you are interested in purchasing oversized items, please contact us beforehand so we can provide you with the correct shipping quote.

👉 Note that if you order multiple spars, the shipping cost is almost the same as if you order only one.

👉 We offer FREE PICK UP from our Warehouse located in Miami for all our products (except for replacement parts). Please e-mail us!
